Cyntha was born and raised in the state of
Kansas where her family currently resides. She is of Scandinavian descent,
having a Swedish mother and a Norwegian father. Her birthday is February 1st.
She has an older sister and a younger brother who still reside in Kansas,
as do her parents. At the age of 18 she moved to Texas and got involved in
the music industry, touring with a gospel/country western band playing piano
and keyboards. A few years later, she got into the modeling and acting industry
and it took off so well that she gave up her life on the road to get into the
industry full time. She was fortunate to land several TV commercials, some
music videos and a lot of print work. After a few years of modeling and acting,
she discovered a hidden talent in fashion photography. She became a fashion
photographer and has credits such as shooting model's portfolios, editorial
work, calendar shoots and some magazine ads. She has also taken professional
photographs of bodybuilders and fitness models.
While in Texas, Cyntha started competing in and instructing country/western dancing
and then moved into world of the ballroom dancing. She and her
dance partner won five 1st place trophies and one 2nd place trophy at their last competition.
She also enjoys dancing east/west coast swing, the salsa, the cha-cha, the tango, the foxtrot,
and the waltz, to name a few!
In 1998 Cyntha moved to Los Angeles, California and started modeling, and
acting in films and movies. You can see a list of some of her credits on the

Cyntha has been a certified personal fitness trainer since 1992. For about four
of those years she trained male body builders exclusively. She now works with
men and women of all fitness levels, including business owners, professional
athletes and actors/actresses. No matter what the fitness level of an individual
is on, she can design a workout program to fit his or her personal needs and goals.
